Brand Re-Design
The purpose of this project was to re-design the Greyhound Adoption Program's (GAP) current communication designs and debunk the myths regarding greyhound temperments. GAP's current branding reminds me of a sports betting website, which makes sense as it is a subsidiary of Greyhound Racing Victoria. To rectify this, I decided to implement a bright colour palette, with pops of pink and green that represented an open field, freedom and love. I also designed a series of stylised graphics on Illustrator which were created to soften the image of greyhounds. The logo features a bold sans-serif font, Newake, which is paired beautifully with Poppins. In the centre of the logo a greyhound is seen, its head peacefully raised towards the apex of the 'A', which symbolises hope. This folio consists of stationary branding, environmental signage, a website, booklet and a brand style guide.
